Dina Reilly, LPC

It is okay to ask for help, nobody should have to go through tough times on their own. Working with a therapist can be empowering, insightful, and supportive. I use evidenced-based practices, tailored for each individual, to help clients reach their goals. I often use Person-Centered Therapy techniques to assist clients with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach. I have advanced level training in sand tray therapy, which is a form of play therapy used for clients of all ages to address trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing for several years with a diverse population. I am currently working in a Crisis Response program and have a history as an in-home counselor, a school-based counselor, and have experience with developmentally disabled children. I have worked with clients from adolescence to adulthood to help develop skills for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ASD, low self-esteem, LGBTQ, suicidal ideation, and difficulties with anger and emotional regulation. I received my undergraduate degree from Montclair University and my master's degree from Kean University.

I look forward to assisting you on your journey to reach your therapeutic goals, whether they are big or small.
