"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen"- Brene Brown

Showing up and getting started can often be the hardest part. For many years, I felt a call on my heart to do something more. As a full-time working Mom and wife, I honestly couldn't imagine finding an extra second in my day. The nudge persisted and through much self-exploration, I finally heard the call to go back to school and pursue a Master's in Counseling. In July of 2022, I graduated from Kean University with my husband and children proudly at my side.

While my professional experience is just beginning, I bring a tremendous amount of life experience with me to our sessions. Finding a healthy work-life balance can be particularly difficult, especially when also managing kids' busy schedules today. I have also experienced significant grief and loss. I invite you to allow me to offer a safe place for you to process whatever you are trying to work through. Together, I hope to develop a therapeutic relationship that allows for a stronger sense of self and a deeper level of peace. I truly believe and live by a mind+body+spiritual connection.

Some treatment modalities that I use are mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused and person-centered. Each person is unique and so are our therapy sessions. Together, we will cultivate a relationship and develop a rhythm that works best for you, to help you achieve a happier, healthier self. here...
